To whom it may concern: I’m eager to tell you how pleased my wife Shirley and I are with the service we received from Amazing Leak Detection. Terry found the leak in our swimming pool quickly and explained thoroughly the probable cost. Terry cleaned up the area after his work, and even returned later when Shirley had some questions. You can be sure I’ll be telling my friends about Terry and his company. Now, each time we swim, we think of Terry; we also thought of him when we opened our first water bill after his visit. My name is Silvia, We just want to thank Terry from Amazing leak detection. We had two other companies out the 1st one couldnt find the leak at all. The 2nd one wanted to punch thru my new floor and make alot of drywall cuts. So we heard from a friend that Terry was who we should call that he had competitive price matching , And in most cases can reroute the pipes with minamil mess and makes sure you understand all your opitions. So I called him and he came out made sure there were no other leaks offered us a couple diffrent options. We went with a reroute.He used wirsbo pipeing and made sure he cleaned up his mess oh and the GREAT thing was he DIDNT make a whole lot of drywall cuts , DIDNT go thru my new flooring, And it was a good price. We will recemend Terry from Amazing Leak Detection to all are friends and family !! Terry is relible, And he comes out himself he dont send a trainee out like most other companies . I would highly recommend Terry, owner of Amazing Leak Detection, to anyone with a hidden water leak. He came to my home as was able to pinpoint the leak under the concrete slab/cool deck in just a few minutes using specialized sound detection equipment. He gave me a price range for the repair depending on what he found once he dug the hole. The price seemed very fair and he was able to do the repair the next day. He was very through and explained everything he was doing during the repair was finished in just a few hours. He showed to me damaged pipe that was causing the problem and his price was the lowest of the price range in his estimate which I appreciated. He left the area clean and could not have been nicer to deal with. Thank you Terry!

Terry was great. The phone was answered on the first call. I was a little worried at first about having a slab leak, but Terry was able to put my mind at ease within minutes. Very reasonable pricing. Terry arrived within a couple of hours of my call and completed the repairs exactly when I wanted. I would definitely recommend Amazing Leak to anyone.

Pennytree Apartments has used Amazing Leak Detection on 2 separate occasions for underground chiller pipe leaks. During both emergencies we contacted Terry late at night and he was up and ready to help. He showed up on time, located the vicinity of the leaks and assisted in our attempt to bring air on 1 visit and heat to 50 tenants on another visit. We will continue to call on him in the future and reccomend his services to those in need.

Terry with his partner David came right on time, he explained the process step by step. He found the problem in such a short time. They marked the leaking area for repair. Terry came toy home and provided me with a reasonable estimate of cost and believe it or not, he was both accurate and timely in the execution of the work required. He completed the work scheduled on time and in a most professional manner. I don't generally write recommendations but on a scale of 1 to 10, he is an 11.

Terry: It was a pleasant surprise, in this day and age, to have a company that was polite, on time, reasonable on pricing and showed pride in the completed job. The leak detection was right on target and I appreciated the fact that you found a way to not wreck our cool deck and get the leak fixed with minimal damage to our adjoining patio tile. I have had a bittersweet experience with Amazing Leak Detection. Terry and David came out to detect my swimming pool leak which was in the return line under the concrete cool deck. I went with the company because they were among the most affordable for detecting pool leaks. They came out, detected the leak, and offered a very reasonable price for repairing the leak as well. I decided to repair the leak myself, though. After cutting the concrete and digging, I did not find the leak. Terry came back out again and found the leak in another location about 6 feet over. Honestly, I was upset that I now had a big hole in the wrong place and another one to be made. Because I had been told that the first detection was “definitely” accurate at the time (but wasn’t), Terry made things right by repairing the actual leak without any additional charge. If you want someone who’s real, honest, and fair, go with Terry and Amazing Leak Detection!

After receiving a huge water bill, I called Terry upon the recommendation of my pool service guy. Terry and David were wonderful and personable. The leak was in my main line into the house. It was also noted that the water pressure was way too high. They installed a new line to the house and a pressure regulator. They also replaced the aged control valves to the house and sprinkler system. The job was done in two days and the yard doesn't show any evidence that they had to dig a ditch the length of the yard to replace the line. I am very happy with the work that was done and recommend them highly. An additional perk to hiring them is that both of them are veterans and deserve our support!! Thanks for a job well done.

On Wednesday, July 11, 2012, after checking my water meter, I was worried about the extremely high amount of water my household was using and concerned about a possible water leak. I called Amazing Leak Detection and Terry promptly responded. After a thorough examination of the entire house, he could find no leaks but found that my pool was losing water around the skimmer. He quickly found the leak and fixed it on the spot. Terry was meticulous and thorough, left no mess and was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use and to recommend Amazing Leak Detection for any future work. Terry rates an A+ for his work ethics and leak detection skills.

Very impressed with the work they did for us! We knew we had a leak in the main line and called Terry for an estimate. He drove a long way to give us an estimate with no charge. We chose Terry because he was the most thorough at explaining what should be done, as well as the most cost effective! The day of the work, he called to let me know he was on the way, and explained that they were held up at the supply store and apologized for the delay. After the work was completed, he again explained what he did and showed me the materials used. He even repaired a sprinkler line leak! Very impressed and would highly recommend him to others! He rates an A++ in our books!

After a large increase in my water bill I was told by the city water department that I had a leak between the meter and the house. I called Amazing Leak Detection and Terry came out the following day. He was very professional and nice, thoroughly checking everything both inside the house and outside. He determined that there were no leaks, but instead found a problem with my drip system valve that was corrected on the spot. Not only did he provide great customer service, but he even gave me a discount off of the quoted price. I would recommend them to anyone - very honest.

	Amazing Leak Detection on Sunday, August 05, 2012 9:23 AM Margaret, It is unfortunate that the city did not go that one extra step to shut off the irrigation to rule out the possablity of a leak there instead of just assuming it was the service line. unfortunatly, you were the second customer that week that the city had told that to. But i was happy to give you the great news that you actually didnt have a service line leak. It gave me great pleasure to be able to tell you that you didnt actually have a leak, just a faulty irrigation valve. =) Terry on Sunday, August 05, 2012 9:29 AM Folks, when you call the city to come out becasue you have a potential leak, the city representative that comes out, usually just checks the meter to see if its spinning, after seeing that it is, Somtimes, they will go up and shut off the valve at the house to see if it stops the meter, if it doesnt, sometimes they will assume its a service line leak, Unfortunatly, they can go one more simple step that often gets ignored, thats to shut off the irrigation valve as well. If you check these things yourself, you could save yourself some money. Terry

I was referred to Terry from my pool maintenance company. My pool guy said he was good and charged a reasonable fee (I agree). He arrived on time and promptly detected a crack beneath my cool deck around my pool with some very fancy equipment. He fixed this leak and performed a fantastic job. Days later, the problem of air bubbling into my pool was improved but not resolved. Terry came back to my home a week later and found a second, larger problem for no additional charge. My pool works great now with no bubbling. I worked in construction for over a decade and am now a veterinarian of 17 years. I can say Terry's work is incredible and his customer service is second to none. His persistence paid off and he treated me very fairly. I live in a 40 year old home and found that I have lived here for a decade with a major problem. Don't hesitate to call Terry out to your home. Ignoring a potential problem could lead to a disaster!

Joe and Justin, from Amazing Leak Detection, first came out on 4-23-13 to locate a pool leak and returned on May 2-3, 2013 to replace our skimmer. The work they did was excellent. They needed to rebuild our skimmer and repair the concrete. They were professional and knowledgeable. They completed the work in a timely manner. They were on time and cleaned up the area when they were through. We would highly recommend them and Amazing Leak Detection any time. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism.
